Products Specifications

Products are manufactured according to Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) standards which are wholly meet or exceed the defined specifications outlined by American Petroleum Institute (API), Japanese Automotive Standards Organization (JASO), European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) and International Lubricants Standardization and Approval Committee (ILSAC).

 

We only use base oil and additives packages with that are of high specifications. Utilizes the latest technology, the products are designed to meet the required standards or OEM specifications. Private labels or customized specifications products are flexible to manufacture when the minimum quantity of attached packaging can be meet.

 

Product filling starts from small packs (30ml, 50ml, 75ml and 100ml) to 1L, 4L, 5L, 6L, Pails, Drum and IBCs packs.

Quality Control Systems

Reliability is an important characteristic offered by the products from CODAN. We constantly seek to increase innovation and streamline product through the development and production process. We adopted the engineering and quality system like Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Part Submission Warrant (PSW). Each stage of production process is monitored through numerous control procedures to ensure a high and consistent quantity level of the finishing products. The comprehensive test facilities are used to perform well-documented products development followed by completed production test. The products are developed, manufactured and tested according to the same demands on performance and service life as original equipment parts.
